The characters are whimsical yet historically accurate. Tim handcarved the entire set in clay then had them cast in resin and hand paints each piece before it is sold.

Tim also makes the crate syle display case which doubles as the chess board.

This project has a limited edition of 25 sets. Each set is $1600 which includes the handcrafted carrying case and chess board.
